It will soon be 6 years ago that we lost my Dad to skin cancer. There are a lot of things I miss about him. His sparkly blue eyes, his fleshy jowls when I kissed him on the cheek and the way he said my name.
It was hard to watch him suffer. I know he is in a better place now.

Oh Jan - I was admiring your words and the beautiful white on white elements - then I focused on the photo with the wings and heart and I'm wiping away tears now. Never been moved to tears by a layout before..ever.
