{block party}

I'm having a block party over at My Sketch World this month!  My card challenge is to use a blocking technique!  Blocking is an awesome design element and can be done in so many ways.  I chose to use 3 different pieces of pattern paper, each a little bigger than the other.   I added some machine stitching and embellished it with a new SRM sticker sentiment and some lovely Prima flowers.  I hope you will join me this month!  There is also a DT Call going on now through the 15th of August.  Lucy is a crazy talented sketch artist and the board is the nicest on the net!  :)

    Charming. Beautiful. Old fashioned lovely. Love that blocked pp w/the stitching and your layers are so pretty!!! :) I haven't scrapped in weeks - you make me want to create a card. :) :)

    Beautiful & perfectly balanced. Love this card - particularly that little patterned paper leaf sticking out to the side. What a great little detail :)
