Happy Hair.

I thought I'd share some hairbands I made for Strano Designs a while back.  Their ribbon is gorgeous.  Beautiful colors, pretty patterns and Lou & Jen are the nicest people!  These were made to show what their product, Ribbon Stiff could do.  I guess with a name like that it doesn't need much explanation now does it?
Ribbon Stiff is a liquid similar to white glue.  You brush it on the ribbon, let it dry and then....drum roll please...you can punch it, sew it, cut it and even apply rub ons to it!  It's also good for brushing on the ends of ribbon to prevent fraying.

Without further ado, here are a few photos of the headbands I made.

I frindged the edge and added some rubs for a cute cowgirl:

Here are a set for a Mom & daughter:

A cute little pinwheel:

The possibilities are endless!  I haven't made one in a while.  Might just have to put a tutorial together for you!

Happy Thursday, friends and thanks for visiting!
