I have been scrapping since 1998. A lot has changed since then. Since I have 3 boys, there
is a lot of blues, greens and browns in my scrapbooks. Which isn't a bad thing, but a girl
has to have a little pink in her life, no? Im pretty sure that's why I started making cards, so
I could play with the pretty stuff! Boys tend not to like flowers and bows on their pages!
I recently found some of Margie Romney-Aslett's The Girl's Paperie, "The Paper Girl" paper
at my LSS. I have to admit, I squealed a little bit, right there in the aisle at the store. It is pretty.
It has a vintage feel that I adore. The patterns are beautiful. The colors are fabulous!
Here is what I did with it.
The first layout I used a sketch by Lucy Chesna. The last layout I used a sketch by my best scrappy friend, Patti. She designs for My Sketch World and Citrus Tree Studios. This was her first ever sketch and is for a challenge this month over at CT! The middle project is a Slice Cartridge holder that I designed myself!
Have a terrific weekend, friends!
You should get your pink on more often, girlfriend! ;) That "paper girl" set is lovely!! I've never seen it before...you sure make it shine. Thanks for doing my challenge over @Citrus Tree! :) :)
